Living a keto lifestyle means you have to get creative when making keto pasta. We have found substitutes for traditional flour in our Almond Flour Keto Pasta. We used psyllium husk powder in our Keto Tagliatelle for a high fiber, low-carb keto pasta. But our cabbage keto pasta is on a complete different level for a dinner the entire family will enjoy!

We all have bought a head of cabbage knowing the health benefits; packed with vitamin C, reduce inflammation, aid digestion and so on. But how many of us have watched that cabbage head slowly rot in the fridge because you just don’t know what to do with it? Well, have you thought about making pasta with it?!

Our cabbage keto pasta is tossed with chicken and drizzled in a delicious yogurt and mayonnaise based sauce that will have the family asking for seconds. This dish is light and flavorful but so easy to make! And, of course, you can make this for the family without spending over $10!

Ingredients

  • 500 gr Green cabbage

  • 450 gr Chicken fillet

  • 50 gr Sun-dried tomatoes

  • Butter – 2 tbsp for the chicken + 2 tbsp for the cabbage

  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper powder

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 3-4 tbsp Wild garlic for serving

  • Dressing
  • 200 gr Full-fat yogurt

  • 100 gr Mayonnaise

  • 50 ml Lemon juice

  • 1 clove Garlic

  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

  • 1 tsp Dried oregano

Directions

  • Cut the cabbage into slices lengthwise to prepare the pasta. Heat a pan, melt the butter and cook the chopped garlic with the cabbage pasta, cook until soft. Remove from heat.
  • In the same pan melt the rest of the butter. Cook the garlic with the dried tomatoes. Cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the chicken fillet with the herbs and cook for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from heat.
  • Prepare the dressing by mixing all of the ingredients in a bowl. Mix until fully incorporated.
  • Serve the dish on top of the cabbage pasta by adding the chicken with the dried tomatoes and pour the dressing over it. Sprinkle with wild garlic.cabbage keto pasta
