  • 1 tbsp Husk

  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder

  • 1⁄2 tsp Garlic granules

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

  • 3 tbsp Water

  • 1⁄4 tsp Salt

  • Toppings
  • 100 gr Tomato puree

  • 1 tbsp Oregano

  • 125 gr Mozzarella slices

  • 1⁄2 Onion sliced into rings

  • 50 gr Peperoni

  • A handful of Arugula

  • Olive oil

Directions

  • Get a round baking tray and preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix all dry ingredients in a big bowl (almond flour, grated parmesan, husk, baking powder,
    garlic granules and salt)
  • Use a separate bowl to mix all eggs, olive oil and water before you add them to the rest of the ingredients.
  • Combine all dry and liquid ingredients and stir until you get a nice soft dough. Once you are ready, spread the dough between two baking papers and roll it to a pizza shape of your choice.
  • Bake the dough in the preheated to 375 degrees oven for 15-20min and then leave it to cool.
  • Once the dough is cool you can flip it over and get your pizza toppings on it – spread the tomato puree, sprinkle the oregano, add mozzarella, onion rings and pepperoni. Place back in the oven for 5-6 min.
  • Serve the pizza covered with fresh arugula and a couple drops of olive oil. Enjoy!crunchy keto pizza
