Ingredients

  • 4 Bell peppers colors of choice

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 Yellow onion

  • Garlic 2 cloves

  • 350 gr Ground beef

  • 1 tsp Chili powder

  • 1 tsp Black pepper

  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala

  • 1 Chopped tomato

  • Toppings
  • Smashed Avocado

  • Cheddar cheese

  • Cilantro

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Slice each bell pepper in half. Remove stem and seeds. Place peppers on a sheet
    pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  • While the peppers are roasting, put a yellow onion and garlic in 1 tablespoons oil in a
    large pan. When the onion starts to brown, add the ground beef. Stir meat for 2-3
    minutes or until brown.
  • Add taco seasoning and stir for 2 minutes. Next add chopped tomato and simmer
    mixture for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Fill each bell pepper with about 1/2 cup of taco mixture (or until full).
  • Top with a smashed avocado, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and cilantro.Bell Pepper Tacos with Avocado
