Need something to pair with your keto pasta? Well these Keto bread sticks will do the trick! A quick simple way to enjoy your bread without the guilt of the carbs. To get that optimal doughy bread texture we used a combination of both almond flour and coconut flour. Although you could do it with just almond flour, just make note the consistency will be different.

These delicious bread sticks can be topped with anything really. Try some garlic and Italian herbs, or go the cheese way with asiago cheese or Parmesan. Sweet tooth? Try sprinkling cinnamon on top. Whatever the occasion, these keto-friendly bread base is the recipe for you! Make a batch of these keto bread and enjoy sticks for under $10!


  • 150 gr Almond flour

  • 25 gr Coconut flour

  • 150 gr Cream cheese

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 tbsp Psyllium husk

  • 3 tsp Baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 2 tbsp Poppy seeds (topping)

  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds (topping)


  • Get your square baking tray ready by covering it with baking paper and preheat the oven to 360F.
  • Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl – flour, psyllium husk, baking powder and salt.
  • Beat the eggs until egg whites and yolks are blended. Slowly add the dry ingredients and keep stirring until the mixture reaches consistency.
  • Add the cream cheese and leave the dough to settle for 10-15 min.
  • Wet your hands and split the dough into long strips which you then arrange in the baking tray.
  • Mix all your seeds and sprinkle them on top of the sticks.
  • Bake in preheated to 360F over for 20-25min. Serve the sticks cool and with cream cheese.keto bread sticks

  • To prevent the dough from sticking to hands, coat your hands in water or olive oil.
  • Try not to substitute out the coconut flour or almond flour. The combination of each provides the perfect consistency!
