Ingredients

  • 1/2 tbsp Cream Cheese

  • 2 Cucumber Slices

  • 1/2 Turkey Lunch Meat Slice

Directions

  • Wash and pat dry your cucumber. Cut your cucumber in about ¼” slices. This doesn’t have to be exact.
  • Spread cream cheese onto your cucumber slice. It is a little hard to spread, so use your knife to press down the cream cheese, this will help the cream cheese stick to the cucumber.
  • Add your turkey meat on top of the cream cheese.
  • Take another cucumber slice and put it on top of your turkey making a sandwich.
