Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs

  • 500 gr Cream cheese

  • 5 tbsp Guar gum

  • 40 gr Coconut flour

  • Alfredo sauce

  • 100 gr Grated parmesan

  • 4 tbsp Fresh basil

Directions

  • In a medium bowl whisk the eggs. Add the cream cheese and mix until fully
    incorporated.
  • Add the coconut flour and mix again with a silicone spatula.
  • Add the guar gum carefully, without stirring too much so that the mixture isn’t
    sticky.
  • After the mixture is smooth, let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  • Shape the mixture into gnocchi with your hands. Boil water and cook for
    about 5 minutes.
  • Once ready, serve with hot Alfredo sauce, grated parmesan and fresh basil.
