Keto pizza with a low carb chicken crust! This new pizza recipe is different than our traditional Crunchy Keto Pizza which uses alternative flour to make the crust. We simply smashed up some chicken chunks, added egg and a few flavor ingredients. You have to cook the chicken crust first for 30 minutes BEFORE you add the toppings! This is important because you want to make sure the chicken cooks all the way through. As you spread the crust mix onto the cooking sheet, make a nice thin layer. This will deliver you a nice thin crunchy pizza crust!
