Ingredients

  • 250 gr Fresh Salmon

  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (marinade for salmon)

  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil (marinade for salmon)

  • 1⁄2 tsp Sea salt

  • 350 gr Cabbage, finely sliced

  • 2 Cucumber, sliced

  • 1 Avocado, diced

  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise

  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 4 tsp Cilantro

  • Sesame seeds, for topping

Directions

  • Cut the salmon into small cubes and place into a bowl. Add the sesame oil, soy
    sauce, and salt to the salmon and mix together. Set aside and let salmon marinate.
  • In a bowl, place the cabbage, cucumber, avocado, and cilantro.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, soy sauce.
  • Place the marinated salmon over the vegetables. Drizzle the mayonnaise mixture
    over the top and garnish with sesame seeds as well.keto poke bowl
