This seabass with creamy sundried tomato sauce is the perfect keto-friendly summer dinner idea!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Fresh Sea Bass

  • 2.6 oz Black Pitted Olives

  • 2 oz Sun-Dried Tomatoes

  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream

  • Salt to Taste

  • Pepper to Taste

  • 2 Tbsp Almond Flour

  • Fresh Dill for Garnishing

  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

  • Prepare the sauce first by blending the Sour Cream, the sun-dried tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and the almond flour for thickening.
  • Place seabass in an ovenproof dish, generously cover in sauce. Add the pitted olives on top.
  • Bake at 350F for 20-25 min
  • Garnish with Dill
