Ingredients

  • 4 Small Zucchini cut into noodles

  • 400 gr Shrimp

  • 2 tbsp Butter

  • 160 ml Heavy Cream

  • 100 gr Shredded parmesan

  • Garlic 2 clove

  • Salt and Black Pepper

  • 4 tsp Dill

  • 1 Lemon

Directions

  • Use a spiralizer to make zucchini noodles.
  • Heat butter in a frying pan, add minced garlic and shrimp. Add Salt and pepper and
    cook for 4-5 minute stirring constantly. Remove from the pan.
  • To the same pan with shrimp juices add heavy cream, lemon juice, parmesan and
    cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the zucchini noodles to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring
    occasionally. Return the shrimp back to the skillet and mix well to combine.
  • Serve with chopped dill.Dill on zucchini noodles with shrimp
